Ordering Options

Visa, MasterCard, and Discover orders:
You can place orders at CosmeSearch.com at ANY TIME! If you would rather place your order with a person rather than from the website, or for more product information, please call a customer service representative at 858-481-2118. Monday through Friday, between 10:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. PST. NOTE: Items ordered via telephone may incur alternate shipping and handling charges, and will be shipped within one week.

Check or Money Orders:
If you would rather send in a personal check or money order, it is easy. Product delivery may be longer, because we have to wait to receive the check or money order. Also, please note: with checks, we wait two weeks from the date we receive the check until we ship out the order. This is due to time we allow for the check to clear with your issuing bank. Money orders are shipped immediately.

To place a Mail-In order:
Place items inside shopping cart and continue with checkout until you reach the 'Order Total' screen. Print the Order Total screen (be sure include product number(s) and any sizes or colors) applicable along with your check or money order payable to CosmeSearch, Inc. and mailed to:

CosmeSearch.com reserves the right to require additional forms of identification prior to processing any order. CosmeSearch reserves the right to review items and order totals for price verification. If an error is present, CosmeSearch.com will attempt to contact buyer via e-mail, telephone, or postal service. Failure to provide requested information, or correct order totals, in a suitable and timely fashion will result in order cancellation.

International Orders:
Please follow instructions below, or call +1-858-481-2118 for international orders. You may place an International Order through the web, however, extra steps may be necessary to completely process your order.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for taxes, fees, or any other additional charges that may be due because of customs or import. These charges are specific, depending on destination country and may not apply to all International orders.


Shipping Options

Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST on our website, should be processed and shipped the next business day! All other orders will ship the following business day. CosmeSearch.com is proud to use United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) as our shipping carriers. International Orders are shipped Parcel Post AIR via US MAIL (USPS) - customers must select this option for CosmeSearch.com to process the order. Some items in our online catalog must be shipped via UPS shipping (exceptions are P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses). These orders, including exceptions, not placed with the UPS shipping method, will take additional processing and shipping steps to be complete. For additional information about shipping, please visit our support pages and fill out form ticket. A customer service representative will contact you.

UPS:
Most orders placed at CosmeSearch.com ship via UPS. We feel UPS is the most reliable way to ship, tracking numbers are applied to your order. NOTE: UPS cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes. To satisfy your shipping needs, we offer various shipping methods:

UPS NEXT DAY AIR: Order is received by 10:30 A.M., noon, or end-of-day the next business day (in all 50 states) after the order is shipped (depends on distance between origin and ship-to address).

UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER: Order is received by end-of-day the next business day (throughout the 48 contiguous states) after the order is shipped.

UPS 2nd DAY AIR: Order is received within two business days (throughout the 48 contiguous states) after the order is shipped.

UPS 3 DAY SELECT: Order is received within three business days (throughout the 48 contiguous states) after the order is shipped.

UPS GROUND SERVICE: Order is received within seven business days (throughout the 48 contiguous states) after the order is shipped.

USPS:
Smaller orders, and various reorder products, are eligible to ship via the United States Postal Service. However, no tracking number is applied to the order, therefore after we ship the order, we are not responsible for it. UPS shipping is highly recommended for all packages, especially over two pounds. Also, UPS provides us with a tracking number so we can track your order if a problem occurs. Some items in our online catalog must be shipped via UPS shipping (exceptions are P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses). These orders, including exceptions, not placed with the UPS shipping method, will take additional processing and shipping steps to be complete.

PRIORITY MAIL: Order should be received in 2-4 days - however, it is not guaranteed (excluding Sunday).

FIRST CLASS MAIL: Order delivery is given top priority. Price is very economical, and packages are received in a timely fashion - depending on destination. Limited to orders under 13oz.

International Orders - PARCEL POST AIR:
Parcel Post Air is solely for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. This shipping may NOT be used for orders shipped throughout the United States. Also, "non-international orders" may not use this shipping option during the checkout process. There may be extra steps to complete before international orders can be fully processed, resulting in a sight delay in shipment.

APO/FPO:
Shipping fees to APO/FPO address may NOT be automatically calculated at checkout. A CosmeSearch representative will contact you via e-mail with shipping rates to customers that require APO/FPO shipping. Fees are typically the same as normal USPS rates. After receiving confirmation from the customer, we will continue processing of the order. APO/FPO orders require special processing forms, and may incur additional processing time to ship.

If you are not satisfied with your product, return it within 30-days of the ship date and you will be refunded 100% of the product price. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.



Return Information

Return Policy:
For all return items: If you are not satisfied with your CosmeSearch.com purchase, please email us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of the receipt of the product. The product(s) must be returned to the address listed below within 30 days since the merchandise was delivered or within 10 days of issuance of the RMA (which ever is shorter). All products must be returned including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product

Returns received beyond 30 calendar days from the original ship date may not be processed and may not be returned to you. You are responsible for paying shipping charges for returning product to CosmeSearch.com. Original shipping is not refundable.

CosmeSearch, Inc. has the right to refuse any return that:
is missing parts,
is not returned in appropriate packaging,
shows physical damage to the product,
its packaging does not include a valid RMA number on the shipping label and on a copy of the invoice,
has an expired RMA number.

How to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number:
Locate the invoice/packing slip included with your original shipment. Reference the "Order Number" field on the upper left-hand corner of your shipping invoice. Contact Customer Care at returns@cosmesearch.com; please include: your order number, and which items your would like to return. Our Customer Care representatives will reply with an RMA Number. The Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by our Customer Care representative must be written on the shipping label and copy of original invoice of all returned packages. Please make a copy of your original invoice, write your RMA number, and highlight the items you are requesting to credit. Packages/Invoices without RMA numbers may be refused or not processed.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange the merchandise for another item, this includes mis-ordered items, a processing and reshipping/handling fee will be necessary (dependant on item being exchanged). Please follow our return policy, an RMA number is also required for exchanges. Also, please note on a copy of your invoice which item you are returning, and which item you would like exchange it for.
