Used

circulation, and break down fatty deposits. The best time to use the
massager is before applying the gels.

Shower & Bath Gel, and Body Loofah |
Used
in the shower instead of soap. A rich, foamy cleanser; fortified with
vitamins E, D, and A to moisturize and nourish the skin. When showering,
pour small amount of gel into wet loofah and cleanse body, massaging
problem areas in circular motion. Loofah will stimulate circulation
and break down fatty deposits in the skin; and will remove dull skin
cells.

Used
after shower. Dry completely, pour small amount into palm and apply
to problem areas such as buttocks, thighs, and hips. To be used every
other day: Cellulite Control Cream one day, Firming Gel the next day.
Gradually decrease usage depending on your needs. Never use massager
after applying Gels. For maximum results, after applying the Cellulite
Control Cream, wrap problem area with plastic wrap (ex: Saran Wrap or
similar). Keep warm and wait approximately 25 minutes. Then remove
wrap.
